Kechara Soup Kitchen
We join as volunteer for helping them to prepare the food. This one also one of the organisation of feeding the homeless but we only can book the shift for preparing the food. We went there by 2pm, and we reached there by 3.15 pm. After we reached, we started to help them for packing all the biscuits. we done almost 700 packs of biscuits. And we help them to carry and move the mineral water. We also help to clean up the place such as wipe the table and sweep the floor.
Besides that, we got some chocolate bar and biscuits to eat when we finished our job as the person in charge gave it to us. They also gave us some drinks and they are all very friendly also. But compare to Street Feeders of Kuala Lumpur and Pertiwi Soup Kitchen, this one is more tiring but it is quite fun also and when you finished all the things, and done all the preparation you will feel very satisfy as the food you had already packed will distribute to so many homeless. Then i think it worth it no matter how tiring it is.
Best regards,
